Blockbuster: Division Rivals from New York & Miami Swing Huge Deal

The Miami Dolphins have agreed to send quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to the New York Jets.
Garoppolo fell out of favor with Miami's brass after his "flop" in a blowout loss a year ago, but still help high esteem around the league.
The Jets agreed to send fullback Jalston Fowler to the Dolphins along with exchanging first rounders this year (Jets sent Philadelphia's #1 for Miami's #1). The Jets also gave up a 2nd rounder in the upcoming draft along with a 2nd rounder in 2018 (while receiving a 2018 3rd rounder from the Dolphins as well).
"He is our guy," Todd Bowles said. "We've loved him for quite some time. We had him as a 90 coming out of college and are ecstatic to have him in the mix."
First year head coach Adam Gase seemed pleased with the deal on his team's end.
"We are betting on ourselves by hoping our pick is a late round pick," Gase said. "We love what Jalston (Fowler) brings to our team and we'll use that second to add depth to our squad."
The storylines will now write themselves whenever the Jets and Dolphins face off.
November 6 can't get here soon enough.
